Looks like Smith Barney is still doing it the "old fashion way" . . . disregarding the fundamentals. How can you responsibly upgrade a stock that has a price nearing 100 times 2004 earnings and that is in an industry having chronic overcapacity? It just frosts me that we can't get rid of those companies and individuals in the brokerage industry that do these types of manipulations. If they think it is just a momentum, play then call it a momentum play. But to upgrade it on an improved outlook is utter nonsense.
