As you know I don't own DWYR. I did however, catch a little blip that several small companies are looking to go private and some larger companies are looking to delist from the public exchanges due to a new regulation that is coming into effect soon. We have to dig into Sarbanes-Oxley
(assuming named for the writers) From what I know so far it has to do with an audit that will be required into corp. governance identifing boards of directors and their direct relationship to the company. DWYR is just one such company that would have had a problem due to the family owning and running the company with no independent directors.
