Brian, The Japanese did take over the industry. AMAT almost went bankrupt. The real bullshit is "it was an awful quarter, etc." Somebody bought over $1B from them and there was Iraq and SARS in that quarter. Minus restructuring, the quarter was profitable. I agree with Gottfried. Cramer should be at the top of your ignore list. If you have free time, listen to recorded conference calls. May I suggest ELON. I have not listened and would be interested in any input.
