Yes, that is good news. Reading the old Edgar filings about the settlement had me concerned. I think convertible/dilution fears are ussually overstated, but between the private placement and the settlement I was getting worried. I hope you don't mind me being relieved that you have not received your convertible preffered and never will. Seeing as you haven't written Sapiens off, perhaps it will surprise you by going to 30, making you a serious return off your investment and then giving you a hunk of cash from the settlement to boot. This week will be a thrilling ride, anyway.
