Almost all the share prices of companies I followed closely during the boom were commensurate with their earnings growth rate and near term projections. In fact, some were lagging their fundamentals. That all changed in Q4 99. Prices diverged from fundamentals very quickly as much as 2X my rosiest projections (3X conservative projections) - based on free cash flow streams.
