Regarding the 1996 Annual report of Durum, I have not received it yet either. However, checking my old mail I realized they mailed me the 1995 Annual report on August 09 1996. Also, when I called their office about 6 weeks ago, they mentioned the annual report should be ready by the end of August, so I am planning to give them a few more weeks to see what happen. Regarding the idea of starting a new thread on Durum, I have mixed feelings. If we can have people from IREMCO answer us in that thread (maybe as the main shareholder Mr. Guidi can ask them to do so), then I would agree. Otherwise, it may not work. I still want people who invest in INDX to realize and understand that these two companies ARE NOT completely independent (their main shareholders are the same and management is the same). So, something needs to be explained when the companies are in the same business, have some common projects together and still their market value is so different. DO NOT think that something is wrong with Durum but not with INDX. I'd like to hear Mr. Guidi's and other shareholder's opinion on this. I personally hold a reasonable amount of Durum shares (5 figures), and I would like to discuss this company more.
