I have to wonder what assumptions MS is making here. The burn would change significantly, directly or indirectly, upon signing of a partnership deal. Not right away, but long before MLNM runs into liquidity/dilution issues, I would think. I bet they're trying to weaken the shares so they can get in. Cheers, Tuck
