Hi Fsii followers, I'm fairley new here at SI, but for those of you who follow this stock on the motley fool, will know that I have been an investor and fan of Fsii for over a year (gosh maybe 2 yrs). I consider myself to be lucky that I jumped into the Eqp mfg sector , I late in its decline but still early enough to get slapped around, and yes at the time I was starting to believe that an other Fab plant might never be built again. Well thats history now, and we all know of the fantastic returns that this entire sector has achieved, except Fsii. The good news for me is I started to buy @$10 and have accumalated 30,000 shares with now, a weighted cost of about $14. This last couple of weeks my patience is starting to run out. I chose Fsii as one of my best bets for several reasons, to many to mention here , but I really did like their balance sheet , conservative mgmt and their positioning going forward. There was also a time when Benno Sand (cfo) did return my phone calls and was very friendly and candid in answering the questions I had at the time. Unfortunately, he has not returned my last 2 calls. The thing that bothers me the most now is, (a) when I did talk to Sand last we obviously talked about Fsii share price, I think it was about 11 at the time. He mentioned that the institutions had deserted his entire sector but the good news was Fsii stock was left in the hands of long term retail accounts (like me) rather that speculators (institutions moving in and out). Now refecting back to that conversation, really what I should have heard was, Fsii does not want to go out of its way to court wall st with the road show, that I feel needs to be done to get its stock up to where its peers are currently basking in the sun. No one can convince me that the gains, that the likes of Tncr (recently bought by Klac), Cohu, Ipec, Klic and Sfam should not have been realized by the Fsii stockholders, If Fsii mgmt had done its road show stuff to the institutions. (b) Show us the new orders! Other than a piddly 2mil order for slurry, where is the new business? If the Eqp mfs are set for great times, why can't they find a quick home for the $6 mil pushout they announced a couple of months ago? Until I see some positive statements coming out of mgmt to benefit the Fsii shareholders I'm done buying this stock, and in fact will soon start to sell off my holdings. Would love it , if one of you would try to call Sands or Effleman and ask some of the shareholder concerns I have posted here today. Thanks.
