SARS cost jobs: It is real in Thailand already. Hotels and restaurants employ lots of people. All people I know in this business are saying they are not sure they will survive. A resturant, that serves mostly tourist groups, puts a sing written in Chinese: "No Chinese welcome" That because the Japanese, Koreans and Taiwanese would avoid a place full of Chinese tourists eating.
