Hi Steve,

I just looked at the IOM charts.

Even though we didn't see the hoped for $26 in July, I think that we have a very good chance to hit $31/32 in August.

Just now the 100day MA is crossing over the 200day. IMHO a break of $24 1/4 should see $26 1/4. A break of $27 should take us to $31/32+. After that, we'll see.
