Larry,
Hi!!

thestreet.com

IMO another repeat article here...Once again, the constant debate that occurs within the investment world...Sure, the normal valuations are a concern with many companies...DELL's never concerns me...

Six years ago Patrick told me how he studied his investment options and decided that DELL was his best opportunity at finding a monopolistic dominance...These conversations made me stop and think for many days...It caused me to actually "study"...Sig, likewise was a reinforcing influence...And, others...Later, I decided to attend a shareholders meeting and find out first hand...Seeing first hand the plans and opportunities made one really stop and think...Guess one could call it confidence...Valuation hasn't bothered me since...IMO the valuation debate could be viewed from a simplified observation: If DELL keeps hitting single legs and the opposition can't stop em...Keep hitting single legs...When someone stops their aggressive offense and proves the model isn't still chewing up the competition...Then price of the stock becomes a concern...It's been over six years now...Patrick and the others were right...And, of course, the "golden handcuffs" that keep employees at DELL, tells one many many many visions that will come true in the future...

Best, kemble
