Got to give IDBE credit for their timing, but near to intermediate term, this helps BSCP:

>>TORONTO, May 15 (Reuters) - ID Biomedical Corp. (Toronto:IDB.TO - News) said on Thursday it will offer $22 million in shares to raise funds for development of its nasal influenza vaccine and other general corporate purposes.

The company said a syndicate of underwriters, in connection with its previously announced offering of 2.6 million shares, would offer the shares for $8.50 each.

The offering is expected to close around May 28.

Shares of ID Biomedical, which were halted pending the news, were down C$1.13, or 8.5 percent, at C$12.10 on the Toronto Stock Exchange (News - Websites) on Thursday morning.<<

Cheers, Tuck
