Do you consider "Pro-Israel" anyone who believes in the right of Jews to form an independent government in Israel and the continuation of Israel? Or do you take it to mean agreeing with most of what Israeli government does? Compared to the Arab neighbors of Israel, most European countries are pro-Israel. Compared to America, they are not.
