TP,

At no time that I recall, did the US assert Hussein had a nuclear bomb. They asserted the Baathists were still embarked on a illegal nuclear weapons program, which seems to be the case, since they apparently have found documents associated with such research that had not been previously disclosed since the signing of 1441.

We have found two stripped down and sanitized mobile biological weapons labs, which were not supposed to exist and had NEVER been acknowleged by Baghdad. And the odds are, just like the mass graves that keep turning up, we'll likely find more evidence over the coming months of the efforts Saddam's regime was undertaking to obtain and hide WMDs, as well as research and development.

I'm not happy either that people were able to loot these sites. I don't know what went wrong, but I'd have some commander's @ss were I in charge...

But the next time you wish to complain about whether the US should have invaded or not, you need to take a look at the pictures of those people digging up those mass graves looking for family members. Because it's because of people like you who preferred to "contain" a brutal regime like Saddam's, rather than pressure and apply military force to achieve UNSC compliance, that these people were massacred.

So don't try and play yourself off as some kind of "humanitarian" who actually cares about the Iraqi people.
