neo, McCarthy was not wrong in his concept, he was wrong in that he adopted Marxist- Leninists tactics as his means to fix it. The tactics that are very much like democrat tactics today. A total relative morality. Consider the character assassination of Miguel Estrada by the Dems, that's McCarthyism. And it's obvious to me that so much of the dems philosophy is right out of the socialist ideas of marx and lenin. Collective wealth distribution and elimination of personal responsibility for ones own future. Demonization of religion and any morality.

I see many posts here by folks who seem reasonable except it seems obvious to me they are devoid of any consciousness of what I have mentioned above.
