Metatec Re-Elects Two Directors, Modifies Company Name at Annual Meeting

DUBLIN, Ohio--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May 15, 2003--Metatec, Inc. (OTCBB:META - News) announced that shareholders voted to re-elect two of the company's directors to three-year terms and to change the name of the company to "Metatec, Inc." at the company's annual meeting of shareholders held today.
The re-elected directors were Joseph F. Keeler, Jr., chairman of the Fishel Company, and Peter J. Kight, chairman, chief executive officer and president of Checkfree Corporation.
The company name change, from Metatec International, Inc., to Metatec, Inc., reflects the company's focus on U.S. customers and operations after the sale of its European business last year.
