As I understand it the price of gas ($/Mcf) is priced in U.S. terms. I would doubt that the exchange rate for Can/US will have any bearing on the posted commodity price for gas which will fluctuate based on the demand from our neighbour to the south not on Canadian domestic demand. Talking to my broker he indicated that some analysts were relooking at their numbers for the trusts as they were concerned it was going to have an impact. What is not known by me is will it be significant. As I see it the price is based on the commodity price in US and if that price doesn't change then on conversion when they are paid there may be up to 15% less revenue.
