At these NG prices, El Paso could pay the loan off very quickly, then have lots of cash comming in. OR drill new wells, sell their old ones which have production history.

East Lost Hills - There's something funny stuff going on with all the ELH players. Note that no big independent or Major has been involved. Maybe the geology is tricker ?
