I think it's just typical OTC BB crap. In fact, given the volume and interest, it's been better than most others. The MM's can pretty much do what they feel like. They ignore your order and pretend it doesn't exist. The earnings were pretty much as expected. Income was pushed back into 2002 because of the tax benefit. Net earnings of .16 for 2002 and likely earnings of .20-.30 for 2003. Obviously, it is way undervalued. Until it goes onto AMEX or NAZDAQ small cap, it will be subject to this MM games. The BBX is supposed to start late summer or early fall, but who knows how that is going to work. MM's were following the interest before the announcement and pushed it up. With the complicated tax announcement, there was a chance to push things down and scare up some shares from longs with big profits. All MM games.
