Producer margins are already squeezed to the bursting point so for them not to raise prices is suicide which in the long run is a good thing to cleanse out over capacity, but with lack of competition the survivors are free to raise prices.

I'm in rush so i can't go into a lot of detail but for starters deficit spending, and massive money creation.
