WRT your statement about non-market talk here:

With the end of the bull market and the reduction of daytrading, it was inevitable that there would be far less stock talk here. At this point, most of the people I know here on SI either rarely trade or went to bonds a while ago. While we still keep up with the market, it's no longer the focus of our day-to-day conversation.

What is? The news-- political, health-oriented, personal, you name it. Many of us who remain have now been here five years or more. We stay because of the relationships we've formed here, relationships that transcend the market. I'd hate to see non-market talk sherpherded off this site.
Or even discouraged.
