Lula was never THE problem, nor is he the solution...in a country of 170 million people, where corruption is pervasive -- the average person in developed countries has no idea of what this corruption really entails. Rodney Dangerfield in "Back to School" described corruption in the USA, but that is a benign form...you ain't seen nothin' yet.
