Chart talk... Last Weekends most popular line to express Mr. Market's personality was "Tech is Back"... This Weekend it's "The Train has left the station"... While both these lines have are actually expressing the current mood of the market they are the same lines that were used in the rallies of the Spring and Fall of 2001... This market action reminds me of that time shortly after 09/11 when no matter what the news was, "the market was bought"... Come to think of it, the S&P 500 has rallied right back to the 09/21/01 intraday low of 944.75... Here's an interesting chart of the S&P 500... photos.yahoo.com
