Wachovia Bank owns a big chunk (more than 600k) of the new shares as well. Major automotive suppliers - such as Continental AG of Germany (which apart from tires do operate in this segment also) might have an interest - even at much higher prices... <g> Automotive textiles are a very cashflow stable biz with good margins - one of the best for textile manufacturers (GM > 20% are possible in this niche)
