maybe in orange county and san diego Victor but people dispise Bush up here, and I'm talking about the business community.

This tax cut does nothing, nothing to stimulate growth, and it actually takes money away from growth companies.

Bush has accused CA of fiscal mismanagement, conveniently excluding the FRAUD that was the source of the problem, you'd think the WH would at least acknowledge that instead of going into some kind of denial.

Do I have to remind you that despite Gray Davis's popularity numbers (worst since Nixon), a Rebublican candidate COULD NOT WIN here? Sorry but SI has been taken over by perma bears and extreme far right Bill O'Reilly clones.

At any rate I think the new budget that Davis has put forth which uses a bond measure to defer some of the deficit is actually ok, rates are low and we are going to get a recovery going here in tech in a year or so which will hit the books, we should be ok.
