It is not the issue, and it's almost certainly not true.

You don't even have a clue what you're defending in JAG, do you? Only the #1 source of phony, stock-pumping rumors over the last five years. Just one example, they floated a rumor that a lawsuit between two companies was going to be settled for a billion(!) dollars... turns out the lawsuit wasn't even asking for that much, and the defending company was acquitted a month later.

JAG, under its former name, was also one of the stocks caught up in the Bermuda Short sting. The SEC actually stated that "unsuspecting clients" were duped into buying JAG stock.

I mean, you think you've got dirt on Asensio, these guys DEFINE dirt.

But again, that's not even the issue. The issue is that this is the same kind of deal REFR struck with GE almost eight years ago. You need to explain how this deal will turn out any different. But you won't, because you can't.
