well, here's a funny thing. Norman suggested getting into European stocks because he felt that the euro would weaken due to ECU rate decreases, and that subsequently the European economy would strengthen, hence European stocks would rise.

however, if the dollar continues to fall, then European stocks will continue to rise in $USD (unless the European economy collapses,of course).

assuming that his theory eventually comes true, it would seem holding some European equity would pay off no matter what -
