Don,

SMTL has underperform the FSII for reasons unknow.
Perhaps they just need to do a better job of PR or
could be FSII is a better takeover target than SMTL.

SMTL's backlog for this quarter is lower than last year.
I suspect this is another factor. I wonder what
motives a company to paint such a bleak picture
after a 20+% earning increase for the previous quarter.

Did FSII state their current backlog as it relate
to last year? If they did, I missed it.
