nobody wants to hear about a policy that is basically non-interventionist, so like all politicians he is going to dance around the issue. The dollar was in a bubble as much as equities, bonds, selected real estate and god knows what else. It needs to come down to more reasonable levels if the U.S. is going to avoid a japan-like economic doldrum. Snow's policy toward the USD is the one thing that gives me hope that we can have an economic recovery in a reasonable period of time.
