He's talking about the ability on iHub to include graphics and sound files within messages.

If they make it over here (they likely will eventually), they'll be joined by another feature we have over there: The ability for each user to toggle them off so they don't have to see/hear them.

Most features that I add there come with the ability to turn them on/off or modify parameters of them. Like our Next 10. Each user can make that Next 10, Next 20, Next 50, or Next 100.
