Basically I think I agree Russ. If you are holding dollar denominated assets you are losing ground, and treasuries belong in that category. I'm going to get a lock on a refi this week. I'm a little suspicious that LT rates could suddenly reverse course. I've looked at some LT charts on the 30 Yr and it isn't beyond possibility that it is in a 5th down and nearing the end, imho. Alaska has its first case of SARS - airline personnel.
