After loading I NSW 2003 I get the following error when opening Outlook 2000.
C:\WINDOWS\Application Data/Microsoft\Addins\wfoladin.dii” is not a valid office add in.

When doing a search I found the following: support.microsoft.com
Which indicates that the problem is with Symantec WinFax.

The interesting part is that I don’t have WinFax (or can’t find it) on my computer. With the 2001 versoin of NSW I believe the WinFax came up and an option on the main screen. For those that have upgraded to NSW 2003 do you have WinFax and if so how do you access it? My guess is that is should somehow be integrated into outlook but I don’t see it.

It seems that there is a problem with WinFax and outlook according to Symantec. The suggest going to technical support and they will send a replacement cd at no cost. However, when I go to the site it looks like they charge for everything and there is no way to email them.

Not sure if it’s safe to follow the procedures at service1.symantec.com since it states it is for Outlook 2002 and I am using Outlook 2000.

Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.
