but let me slap you upside the head here. Social Security is one of the best administered program in the nation. If you compare its administrative burden to the alternatives, it is a model of efficiency and honesty. Actually, the SS system is one of the primary causes of the tremendous budget deficit we currently have.. Surplus funds go into the SSTF, where that cash is exchanged for T-bill IOUs and the cash applied to the general budget and spent. Hawk
