This dispute with Italian Enel SpA, if not resolved, looks to derail 10% of yearly revenue. Don't own it, but have always been interested in Echelon, once arranged to bring them in for a corporate presentation in the early early days. General comment: you never know, when you turn the corner, what kind of bad news is going to whack you in the face. Predictability in the stock market is like a myth. (Especially after the last few years!)
