16.05.03 - Ness Energy President Passes Away; Interim President Selected

Friday May 16, 5:19 pm ET

WILLOW PARK, Texas, May 16 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Ness Energy International, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: NESS - News) announced today the death of its' faithful President, and most honored minister and servant of GOD, Harold "Hayseed Stephens," age 64, and the planned interim appointment of an interim President, oil and gas consultant Mr. Sha Stephens. Mr. Hayseed Stephens, untiring and devoted husband, and father, and grandfather, and hard working President of Ness, died from an apparent heart attack brought on by a blood clot after long plane flights back from Israel. He was praying with a neighbor, who sought his prayers for a deceased love one, outside his home when suddenly he was taken.

He is survived by his wife of 44 years, Mary Gene Stephens, an officer and employee of Ness, and two children Sha, a consultant for Ness, and Shar Courtney. Hayseed had just returned from Israel where he had established office facilities for Ness and begun to interview and hire key personnel to support the Ness Israeli presence and expected growth. Sha, the son of Hayseed, with extensive oil and gas exploration, drilling and development experience, highly knowledgeable of Ness plans, operations, and prospects, is expected to be formally appointed as Interim President within the next few days. Ness will continue with its new President, Board of Directors, officers, consultants and advisors, to fulfill the undying and unwavering vision of an independent source of energy for Israel and the Christian communities, a vision of Ness, its families and Hayseed. Mr. Stephens, a man of God, will not be forgotten but will live on through the legacy of Ness, which he established, and will prove a memorial to him. Your heartfelt wishes and support of Ness, Mary Gene and the Stephens family is greatly appreciated.
