I haven't seen any news on ACLN since the most recent flurry in October of last year. Unfortunately the New York Southern District Court where the SEC civil case is to be tried is not one of the U.S. District courts available on Pacer.

While it apparently will not be helpful in this particular instance, the link for Pacer Service (which provides access to some of the U.S. District, Bankruptcy and Appellate court records) is pacer.psc.uscourts.gov
