"We have a moral responsibility....." LOL!! Given their history, the UN citing moral responsibility to do anything is laughable. "to establish the facts without delay...." LOL! Conjure, make up, revise or ignore would be appropriate for UN permanent members such as France, Germany or Russia. "and take urgent remedial action......" LOL! The history of the UN clearly indicates that urgent is not part of their vocabulary & action is something the UN is hardly known for taking or successfully accomplishing. They are good at spending money on themselves & endless bureaucratic debate though.
