Tommy...yes things have changed-- but like I've said in the past, I specialise in 3 to 4 day swing trades. LTBH has never been my game, and if you really think about it, who could of ever predicted that the euro would appreciate against the USD by an astounding 40% in such a short period of time? Even with the words "strong dlr policy" are still presently attached to this swoon???

Lemme ask you something before you continue to knaw at my poor well worn ankles...did you capture any of the 40% move on the dlr on the short side? Did you capture any of the 40% upside on the Nasdaq? ...the BTK? ...the BKX? Did you capture anything other than a 25% loss on your portfolio?

Before I bid y'all adieu-- I thought I'd leave you with this timely little song by Johnny Cash:

I hear the train a comin´
it´s rolling round the bend
and I ain´t seen the sunshine since I don´t know when,
I´m stuck in Folsom prison, and time keeps draggin´ on
but that train keeps a rollin´ on down to San Anton..
When I was just a baby my mama told me. Son,
always be a good boy, don´t ever play with guns.
But I shot a man in Reno just to watch him die
now every time I hear that whistle I hang my head and cry..

I bet there´s rich folks eating in a fancy dining car
they´re probally drinkin´ coffee and smoking big cigars.
Well I know I had it coming, I know I can´t be free
but those people keep a movin´
and that´s what tortures me...

Well if they´d free me from this prison,
if that railroad train was mine
I bet I´d move just a little further down the line
far from Folsom prison, that's where I want to stay
and I´d let that lonesome whistle blow my blues away.....

IMHO, The most liberating thing you can do as an investor is to go to a 100% cash position-- and just take a break when the risk/reward isn't in your favour.

Regards,
Frank P.
