I remember surfing to some folks commenting on flawed trial design for APPX' ABI-007, but can't find 'em. Here's the protocol: clinicaltrials.gov Meanwhile, the stock got a lot of play from a PR at the end of the day about PII data being presented at ASCO. Seems a bit overdone. The data review committee looked at interim results and decided no more patients were needed to achieve statistical significance in response rates. A lot of ballyhoo on Yahoo!
