So Worldcom cooks the books to the tune of 11 billion. They get hit with a 500 million dollar fine? Lets just say thats enough of a fine (for grins) based on their own fraud. What kind of loss did that fraud create for investors in other securities? BTW - Worldcom now has a new name....MCI
