"Power" is plotted over the price line. It's used to show whether TSFDAHL is positive or negative. When power is below the price line, TSFDAHL is positive. When power's above the price line, TSFDAHL is negative. Plot TSFDAHL in a window below the window with price and power, and you'll see what's going on. Chandler discusses power in the TAINJ book, in the first article, on the third page.

Don't forget, as JFK said, that "power corrupts, poetry cleanses," nor that absolute power corrupts absolutely.
