A close listening to the last CC would have provided the needed confidence to add more HOFF.
They said that "the last piece should be submitted by early June and collection complete by end of 3Q."

I took that to mean that the documented invoices will be submitted serially rather than all in one batch. Thus, I suspect, payments will be received over the course of time. Knowing that this whole game has been underway for quite a while, it would NOT surprise me to learn that some payments, however small, may be getting made as we speak. Mr. Market knows these things before I do and is acting accordingly.
I'm still long every single share and am confident that HOFF will receive damn near every dollar to which they are entitled.
The last thing Mexico needs is to get a rep for not paying for what THEY ordered.
This is a double digit stock, imo.
