I'm not really sure what changes could be causing this, because little was changed. Some things were changed in advance of the move and were in place since last Tuesday evening, but aside from that we just physically moved everything to a new location on the same equipment it's been on.

I really hate saying I'm not going to address an issue, especially when it's this kind, but that's the case this time. I won't address it until after the database conversion because the conversion could very well solve all performance issues. And once the conversion is done, if any performance issues still exist, they'll be happening in an environment within my realm of expertise and I'll be able to address them there.
