I have been thrilled with Farsight ($10 commission, speedy fills, BB stocks), but you can't do options through them yet.

E-Schwab, who I despise because of major problems several times with my fills, offers options, but still hasn't sent me the necessary paperwork, despite my asking them a second time to do so about 4 weeks ago.
