Neocon has not, nor do I think he ever would profess such a belief.

He mentioned a disregard for expressions of femininity that would be taken to such rediculous extremes as to appear innappropriate, irrational, thoughtless or whatever...who wouldn't? You may not have liked the way he put it (addled) but the belief statement you attributed to him is non-representative of the man.
