agree it is terrible but no war crime...How are the troops supposed to stop 5 million people out there without more forces. bad planning. yes,,, war crime... a reach imo. perhaps more of saddam staff will come out of hiding knowing the city is looking for them... I am surprised this didn't happen as soon as Baghdad fell.
