Looks like court case news has leaked out judging by today's action. MVL wanted a jury trial - Sony wanted a judge, so look for news saying a judge will decide this case. This isn't even a decision on the case - just whose going to decide it. And like all court cases, should take a long time for the final decision. So I think this is a short term blip.
