Enerflex Announces Management Change
      John Aldred resumes role as President and Chief Executive Officer
       CALGARY, May 20 - Enerflex Systems Ltd. (TSX:EFX) today announced the resignation of Malcolm Cox as President, Chief Executive Officer and a Director of the Company. The board of directors has appointed its Chairman, John Aldred, to the additional roles of President and Chief Executive Officer. These actions are effective immediately.     Aldred, who founded Enerflex in 1980 and served as President and Chief Executive Officer until 2000, said, "On behalf of the board I want to thank Malcolm Cox for his contribution and dedication to the Company. He has implemented a number of positive strategic initiatives in the challenging oilfield services environment of recent years. We wish him well in his future activities."     "I welcome and am committed to this next stage of my involvement with Enerflex. The Company will recruit a chief operating officer to oversee day-to- day business activities.
