So I know of several locations that are superior to SV. If you want one that's just great, try Israel. Those guys work like crazy for next to nothing and they are freakin' brilliant. Or Moscow: I was paying about 1/4 the cost of India, for rocket scientists. Literally. And Bombay is growing quite a talent pool. Don't want to deal with time zones and language barriers and IP leaks? Try Ottawa Canada. Or Windsor Ontario (also in Canada) - both within an easy flight from Boston. Which is also in the US, but isn't much less expensive than SV. Within the US one could go to North Carolina or Texas or Arizona. Or New Jersey.

Oh really John?

Yeah there is no reason SV people should make so much, after all the talent pool is nothing special, literally anybody in any country in the world can recreate SV with less money- OH, and btw there is no need to pay SV people with options.

That is your point isn't it?

LOL.

BTW I am working with RTP people right now and if anybody thinks RTP is out to become another SV in terms of innovation THEY ARE NUTS.
