This nonsense has got to stop. Options granted at $10 okay, maybe even $5, but a penny a share? Give me a break! This is outrageous and any shareholder of significant shares should let the company know so. I do not recall any such thing under Morgan's watch, and here is a guy getting rewarded for taking on absolutely no risk whatsoever. This is intolerable....they should be embarassed. I for one will review where AMAT stands in my portfolio after this, as I firmly believe this type of behavior is negligent on the part of the company and the compensation committee. marketwatch.com
